I've just walked the dog. I feel terribly unwell. I feel physically and mentally very ill indeed. There is only this moment. There is nothing else at all.

I feel like I could have a heart attack at any minute.

I don't know if I'm dreadfully stressed or extremely ill. Either way, I feel like I'm going to die.
