So today we are sitting at the staff meeting which this week is on our RE plans for the next year. Finally, we get onto the topic of the new Pope and Tricia says 'he was in the Hitler youth'. Which produced general disapproving comments and then someone said 'why did he join?' and Tricia replied 'Well everyone had to.' And then Helen chips in with: 'All popes have to join the Hitler youth? how strange. Whatever did they do before Hitler?'

Well, it made me laugh.
