This is all very silly.

At around 8pm last night I realised why I had been so terribly exhausted all weekend and why I'd written the things I did in my diary.

I have been forgetting to take my ferrous sulphate.

I'm pretty anaemic and without it I go downhill rather fast.

I'm still so very tired but I have to remember to take them.
