these troubled times

I don't know what's wrong with me. One minute I'm absolutely fine and the next minute I'm just plunged totally into fucking despair. I feel so bad that I'm not feeling anything at all, if that makes any sense. I feel static. Everything else can just carry on around me but I am unable to participate. Unable to touch, feel, hear or communicate. Strangely, though, I can see. I can see everything happening but I just can't join in.
