Then came the adverts.

So I said to Bex, "if you could have one band, one male singer and one female singer to listen to for the rest of your life, who would you have?"

She paused for a moment. Then answered: U2, Bryan Adams and Leanne Rhymes.

Which was funny enough in itself.

But then the adverts finished and it was 1984.

So i forced her to watch it.
