It's really odd to watch a programme about domestic violence and to know that you don't need to take the number down at the end 'just in case'.

Sometimes communication is so hard. You never know how someone is feeling mentally and it could be a passing stupid comment that tips them over the edge.

Internal lives can be so much richer than external ones because immediately, everything you need is there.

But when you lose it, its just a case of shrugging your shoulders and saying, 'whatever'.

Because ultimately everything ends forever.
